01
Review the selected plan and period
Monthly and annual hosting options cover different service periods. An annual price is the full yearly amount shown at checkout. Review the current price and scope before creating a new order; development and care starting prices require an agreed quote.
02
Check the order and payment record
Open your customer account and review the relevant purchase and invoice. If a payment appears uncertain, provide the order reference and the payment reference shown by your payment provider. Do not send card numbers, passwords or one-time passwords.
03
Discuss upgrades and renewals
Tell the team which service you want to change and your preferred timing. Ask for the applicable scope, price and renewal arrangements before approving a change. A public catalogue price does not change the amount on an existing purchase automatically.
04
Send a focused billing enquiry
Email support with your account email, plan name, invoice or order reference, and a short explanation of the issue. If the enquiry concerns a quote, include its reference and the scope you want clarified.
Your next-step checklist
- Plan and billing period identified
- Order or invoice reference included
- Payment reference available if relevant
- Sensitive payment credentials excluded
