When you register, we collect your name, email address and password to create your account. When you contact us by email, we receive the contact details and project or support information you choose to send. Account security records include sign-in activity and technical request information.
How information is used
We use account information to authenticate you and protect access. We use the details you send us to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and support agreed services. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive credentials in project briefs or support messages.
Service providers
Hosting, email and other agreed services may involve third-party providers. We explain the relevant provider when confirming your service. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. Third-party services have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email support@cloudstreamify.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Cookies and account security
The account service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable text. Signing out ends the active session. You can disable cookies in your browser, but account access requires the session cookie.
